Former NFL Player, Aaron Hernandez‘s house was up for sale following his conviction for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd and life imprisonment sentence but it appears there are debt to be paid on the house.
Christopher Sweet, North Attleboro treasure said the ex NFL player owns unpaid taxes of $93,000 on the building from as far back as 2014, he told the Sun Chronicle. The tax must be paid before the building is sold but the money would be scrapped from the sale of the house since the family Attorney, George Leontire said the house was out of money.
Aaron cashed out $1.3 million for the house on Ronald C. Meyer Drive in Massachusetts and it’s value still stands as it is on the market. The house is 7,100 square feet with 5 bedrooms.
Aaron Hernandez committed suicide 5 days after he was declared not guilty of the 2012 double massacre and the Attorney vacated the case based on an old Massachusetts principle of abatement.
Aaron in his suicide letter to his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins said “you are rich” which connected us back to the remaining payment on his New England Patriots contract- which would be paid after his received abatement- but with this new debt upfront, Shayanna Jenkins would have some maths to do.
