Oscar Dos Santos last year on a really sad note left England to China at a stunning fee of £60mil after joining Chelsea in 2012. One would definitely bet on him staying in the English Premier League or moving to La Liga perhaps but unfortunately, he lost his shine and his career didn’t rise to the peak after his many exploits that made Antonio Conte sell him out to China.
Oscar made history in the 2011 FIFA U- 20 World Cup by becoming the first player to score a hat- trick in the final of that competition. He has been likened to Ricardo Kaka, his fellow Brazilian due to his fluid and creative abilities. He netted 38 goals for Chelsea in all competitions before moving to Shanghai SIPG.
Shangai SIPG is currently under the management of Ex Chelsea coach Andre- Villas- Boaz. The big money buy was too savoring to resist considering the fact that he was not being offered regular playing time by Conte.
Fellow countryman Paulinho has risen the bar in the China League so its obvious Oscar wants to spend more time on the pitch and in some time to come return to the big leagues. He is 25 years and has a hopefully tremendous career ahead.
